The "#Stay Not to Throw Away" project was launched.

#The "Don't Throw Away Stay" project was launched on the rooftop of the hotel in collaboration with Hotel Great Morning Hakata and the Institute for Sustainable Living, a non-profit organization, to raise awareness of food loss, which is one of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and an issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

In the project, food waste that was supposed to be thrown away at the hotel was collected, and the compost that was installed was used to grow mint, herbs, and other plants with the finished compost. By offering the harvest as a welcome drink and breakfast, we aim to create high added value through the realization of a 100% recycling-oriented service, and we hope that people will experience the "food cycle" through their stay at the hotel.
